PSI hat erklärt, dass die Partei versuchen würde, die von Beamten praktizierte Polygamie zu verbieten, wenn sie in das Parlament gewählt würde. Der Führer des PSI erklärte auch, dass sich das PSI den örtlichen Vorschriften widersetzen würde, die auf der Religion beruhen.
